When setup is unsuccessful

If the Setup screen stops at Searching...

 

Try the following steps.

 

・Fully charge your FUN'IKI Glasses.

・Power on your FUN'IKI Glasses.

・Install the latest version of the FUN'IKI Glasses app from the App Store.

・Check that Bluetooth is turned on for your iPhone.

・Place your FUN'IKI Glasses and iPhone close together (Set them about 30 cm apart).

・Restart your iPhone and try again.

・Reset your FUN'IKI Glasses and try again.

 

If you are still unable to connect, please contact support@fun­-iki.com.

 

If data transfer fails repeatedly

 

・Poor signal reception conditions may cause data transfers to fail. Please try again.

・Reset your FUN'IKI Glasses and try again.

・Try deleting the registration for your FUN'IKI Glasses.
